CO-FOUNDER Saltblock Hospitality
Ryan Conigliaro was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, and has spent his adult years as an avid spear fisherman and entrepreneur. While he started his career in the financial industry, he and his business partner Scott Roberts felt a strong desire to create a business around their passion; sharing a meal with others over thoughtfully crafted food. What began as a project fueled by a love for the water, an obsession with fresh seafood, and sharing both experiences with those closest to them, Saltblock Hospitality was born. Today SaltBlock Hospitality offers many services to the Tampa Bay area, including venue management, food + beverage catering services, and sustainability minded hospitality projects including the newest addition to the portfolio, Boat Run Oyster Company.
