Kostas Stoilas has 6 years experience in Real Estate with a focus on client relationships encompassing full service representation. He graduated from the Florida State University, then went on to work in Orlando for Lockheed Martin, in various Leadership Development Programs on the fast track to organizational management, all while earning a M.S. in Management.
Kostas is now working with the Davis Team handling the Industrial market in the Tampa office in order to service and develop Industrial and Technology focused clients near the Tampa Airport and Seaport, and to promote Industrial Business Parks and vacant land along the I-4 Corridor.
Kostas earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems at FSU, an M.S. in Management/Technology at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and an MBA at Univ. of Tampa. His prior experience includes commercial and residential real estate in Fort Myers and Cape Coral; and Lockheed Martin – Corporate Internal Audit and Enterprise Information Systems. He is involved and has served on committees such as the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce – C-100, Tampa Bay Downtown Transportation Committee, Leadership Lee County, Big Brothers Big Sisters Leadership Council, Professional Philanthropic Network, UT Society of Graduate Alumni and others.
